发明名称 METHOD FOR DETECTING REACTION BETWEEN SUGAR CHAIN AND BIOMOLECULE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for conveniently, quickly and reliably detecting the reaction between sugar chains and biomolecules. SOLUTION: A solution containing the sugar chain labelled by fluorescence and a solution containing a material bonded to the sugar chain are mixed. The translational diffusion time of the material, having a fluorescent label in the mixed solution is, found by fluorescent correlation spectroscopy. When it is to be determined whether a concanavalin A is contained in the solution, a solution possibly containing the concanavalin A is added gradually to a solution containing trimannose labelled by fluorescence, FCS measurement for a product is implemented, and the existence of the concanavalin A can be detected by finding the translational diffusion time.
