PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lightly lifting a clothes drying rod up and down by lifting a wire up and down at a lower position. SOLUTION: Right and left ends of the clothes drying rod are hung across right and left support arms at the lower position by the wire respectively. The wire is suspended down via a plurality of hanging tools provided on the support arms.
