PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaver which has high shaving performance by plurally holding long hair cutting blade blocks and short hair cutting blade blocks and where the respective blade blocks have high following property to the curved surface of the skin. SOLUTION: The shaver has the short hair cutting blade blocks 7 for cutting the short hair and the long hair cutting blade blocks 8 for cutting long hair held by foil frames 1. The shaver is provided with a plurality of the foil frames 1 connected with a shaver body 50. Each outer blade frame 1 is provided so as to be floatable or swingable independently from the shaver body 50 according to pressing of the outer blade frame 1 to the skin.
