<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system efficiently supplying air to a fuel cell in an air compressor supplying air to a fuel cell vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system is equipped with the fuel cell 11, a compressor 17 supplying air to the fuel cell 11, and a flowmeter 18 arranged in an air passage 15 through which air supplied to the compressor 17 flows.
