PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of an input clutch while restraining transmission shock in N→to D shift.

SOLUTION: This ECT_ECU performs a program including: a step (S120) of detecting the N→D operation (YES in S100) and setting a control execution flag when the turbine rotational frequency is larger than a control start threshold value A (YES in S110); a step (S160) of performing C1 apply delay processing when the turbine rotational frequency NT is equal to or higher than (NOUT×gear ratio + control end threshold value B) (NO in S130) and the turbine rotational frequency NT is larger than an engagement pressure delay threshold value C (YES in S150); and a step (S180) of performing the fuel cut request processing when the turbine rotational frequency is larger than a request threshold value D (YES in S170).
