<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for a speedy and appropriate reception at an event, which give a high level of satisfaction to an invited guest. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for a reception at an event using a PC 1 and a digital camera 3, information on an invited guest is displayed on a reception screen of the PC 1 from a list of invited guests prepared beforehand. The displayed content is checked by the invited guest. The displayed information is modified as the need arises. Image information of the invited guest is obtained by the digital camera 3 and stored in the PC 1. Based on information on a seating arrangement prepared beforehand corresponding to the event site, and information on the invited guest on the list of the invited guests, a material is created by compiling the image information of the invited guest and the information of the invited guest assigned for a seat according to the seating arrangement, and printed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
