<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning system where convenience for both of a shop and a customer is remarkably improved by utilizing a home delivery service. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning system is provided with: a laundry bag 38 which has a unique ID fitted thereon and has an invoice housing part 48 for housing invoices 50 and 52 for the home delivery service; a customer information data base 62 for registering the ID of the customer 12 and the ID of the laundry bag 38 of the customer 12 correlated with each other; and a means which extracts the ID of the laundry bag 38 correlated with a transmitted customer ID from the customer information data base 62 in the case of receiving the transmission of the ID of the customer 12 from a personal computer 26 at the shop 14 and which transmits the ID to the personal computer 26 at the shop 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
