<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper-made container which has a strength, is inexpensive and can be recycled without adversely affecting the environmental aspect. <P>SOLUTION: The paper-made container 5 is manufactured by washing and sterilizing a paper pack sheet 1 cut into an arbitrary size, sandwiching the sheet 1 between papers 2 from both faces without using an adhesive, placing them in a top 3 and a bottom 4 molds heated at an appropriate temperature, closing the 3 and 4 molds simultaneously with fusion of a waterproof coating layer of the paper pack sheet 1 by heat, subjecting the sheet and the papers to bonding/molding by heat and pressure for a predetermined time and taking out a molded object from the mold and finishing the outer circumference of the object to obtain a paper-made container 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
