<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system which can perform more smoothly move position management of a mobile terminal device. <P>SOLUTION: A router 101 as a home agent performs registration/management of a care-of address (COA) of a mobile node 105. If registration delete request is received from the mobile node 105, registration is deleted (S2) when the request is effective, and registration reply which is to be answered to the mobile node 105 is created (S3). When a plurality of COAs of the mobile node 105 are registered, duplicate of registration reply is created corresponding to each of the registered COAs (S5), and the registration reply is transmitted (S6).
