PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of high frequency noise at shutting of fins by certainly forming a small and uniform gap between the fins, at shutting of the fins when an air-blowing out port is fully closed by turning the fins to the turning limit. SOLUTION: In the register, the air-blowing out port is fully closed by approaching width ends 2a, 2b of the fins 2, 2 arranged in adjacent to each other at the shutting of the fins. An abutting projection 8 at the shutting of the fins is provided between the approaching width ends 2a, 2b of the fins 2, 2 and a constant gap is formed between the approaching width ends 2a, 2b of the fins 2, 2 at the shutting of the fins.
