PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling system for a water fire extinguisher for training, which makes it possible to complete the filling of air and water easily in a short time while keep closed, instead of removing, a valve-equipped cap sealing the inlet of a water fire extinguisher. SOLUTION: An exhaust pipe 8 and a water pipe 10, whose front end is a connecting terminal 12 that can be connected to a city water tap 11, are arranged in a space above a measuring tank 5, and are linked to the tank 5 via solenoid valves 7, 9, respectively. A discharge pipe 18, whose front end is a connecting terminal 22 that can be connected to the valve-equipped cap 21 sealing the inlet 19 of the water fire extinguisher 13, is arranged in a space below the tank 5, and is linked to the tank 5 via a solenoid valve 17. The tank 5 and an air compressor 6, which is linked to the tank 5 via an air conduit 16 having a solenoid valve 15 arranged in a space above the tank 5, are set on a truck 4, which is carried to a site. By connecting the water pipe 10 to the tap 11 to open it, connecting the discharge pipe 18 to the cap 21 sealing the fire extinguisher inlet 19, and inserting a power supply plug of the air compressor 6 into a plug receptacle, city water and air are guided into the tank 5, and are automatically injected into the empty fire extinguisher 13.
