PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger for Japanese clothes capable of hanging the Japanese clothes in a folded state with sleeves fixed in a folded state. SOLUTION: This hanger for Japanese clothes is provided with a rod for hanging the Japanese clothes constituting a main part of the hanger for hanging Japanese clothes; rods for the right and left sleeves put in a movable state connected to the right and left of the rod for hanging Japanese clothes and put in a fixed state by sleeve rod fasteners when hanging the Japanese clothes; a hook connected to the upper part of the rod for hanging the Japanese clothes and hooked to a coat-hanger or the like while suspending the rod for hanging the Japanese clothes; and clips for fastening and hanging both sleeve parts of the Japanese clothes hung on the rod for hanging Japanese clothes. The respective right and left sleeve rods are allowed to pass through the respective right and left sleeves of the Japanese clothes to hang the Japanese clothes on the rod for hanging Japanese clothes. In this state, the right and left sleeves are fixed in the folded state by the sleeve rod fasteners provided at the respective right and left sleeve rods, and then the bottom of the Japanese clothes is fastened by the clips in the hanging state by the hook.
