PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless type subject inside information acquisition system suppressing the lowering of transmission efficiency and/or receiving efficiency. SOLUTION: A transmitting/receiving device 2 transmitting a radio signal to a capsule type endoscope is provided with a transmission level determination part 25 disposed adjacent to a transmission resonance circuit 22; a frequency control part 26 controlling an oscillating frequency based on the determination result by the transmission level determination part 25; and a frequency variable oscillator 16 changing the oscillating frequency based on the control of the frequency control part 26. The oscillating frequency is changed to enlarge the transmission level, so that the oscillating frequency can be changed to reduce a difference from the resonance frequency of the resonance circuit 22, which is changed with the fluctuation in a self inductance value of a coil 24, so as to suppress the lowering in the transmission efficiency.
