APPARATUS TO TREAT NEEDLE TO BE SAFE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power saving apparatus to treat a needle to be safe without using an arc. SOLUTION: A power source is connected to a lower electrode which touches a pointed head of a needle faced downward and an upper electrode which touches slightly upper portion of the needle, and electric current is charged on a short part from the pointed head to the slightly upper part of the needle while a switch is connected so that heat is generated by the Joule effect to raise the temperature to the point lower than the needle melting point to melt a coverture with the low melting point which is disposed in the vicinity of the pointed head of the needle. An approximately conical concavity without a sharp end is formed in the lower electrode to work to accumulate the molten coverture so that the molten coverture is attached to the vicinity of the pointed head of the needle to safely cover the vicinity of the needle.
