<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute real time processing including a plurality of chained process elements by using a plurality of processors. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of chained process elements(DEMUX, V-DEC, A-DEC, TEXT, PROG, BLEND) are grouped into a first process element group and a second process element group. The first process element group(DEMUX, V-DEC) is periodically executed by, for example, a first processor VPU0, and the second element group(A-DEC, TEXT, PROG, BLEND) is periodically executed by, for example, a second processor VPU1 in a timing delayed behind the first process element group(DEMUX, V-DEC) by one cycle.
