<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for acquiring a stereoscopic acoustic effect concerning an acoustic apparatus for TV and a movie, etc. <P>SOLUTION: Sounds in four directions recorded by microphones at four places, i.e., upper left 3, upper right 4, lower left 5, and lower right 6 are issued from speakers at four places, i.e., upper left 13, upper right 14, lower left 15, and lower right 16.
