ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION DEVICE, ITS METHOD, PROGRAM, RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental performance evaluation device for efficiently performing correction processing, more in line with the actual condition, for an environmental load amount; and to provide a method, program, and recording medium.

SOLUTION: The environmental performance evaluation device comprises: a correlation setting section 2 having a correlation between an enterprise activity amount and the environmental load amount in a reference period for each activity unit; an environmental load amount correction section 3 calculating a corrected environmental load amount being the forecast amount of the environmental load amount obtained in accordance with the enterprise activity amount in a period for evaluating each of the activity units by using the correlation; and an activity unit environmental load increment/decrement calculation section 5 calculating the increment and decrement of the environmental load amount by deducting a result value corresponding to the enterprise activity amount of each of the activity units in the period for evaluation from the corrected environmental load amount.
