MICRO-DIAMETER PIPE MANUFACTURING METHOD, MICRO-DIAMETER PIPE, AND MICROCHIP USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a micro-diameter pipe capable of performing easily sure connection between a passage and a passage.

SOLUTION: This micro-diameter pipe manufacturing method is characterized by manufacturing a micro-diameter pipe 10 formed by covering a pipe 12 with a sleeve 14, by having a fixing process S10 for inserting the pipe 12 having a micro-passage into the hollow sleeve 14 for supplementing mechanical strength shortage of the pipe 12 when connecting the passage to another passage, and fixing closely the periphery of the pipe 12 to the inner periphery of the sleeve 14, and a cutting process S12 for cutting the sleeve 14 and the pipe 12 from the diameter direction after the fixing process S10 so that cut ends of the sleeve 14 and the pipe 12 which become the end face of a connection part 20 to another passage are positioned on the same plane.
