<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unlocking/locking device for a car door, a safe or an entrance door conducting an unlocking/a locking simply and surely by using a control section installed to a car, the safe or the entrance door by inputting a preset password by an owner without requiring a specific transmitter. <P>SOLUTION: The device has a sensing section being mounted on the car and sensing a voice or vibrations.
