PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of image quality while minimizing an imaging time in a non-exposure state which may cause a shutter release time lag or the waiting time of photographing. SOLUTION: A plurality of sheets of image data having respectively different charge accumulation time lengths in the non-exposure state are picked up and obtained and image data in the exposure state are picked up and obtained.
