PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flooring good in handrability and workability in addition to thin fitting part as compared with the body, partial foaming, clearance between mutual floorings, hindrance generating lift or the like caused by thrusting of the mutual floorings. SOLUTION: The flooring material includes a polyolefin resin and a ligneous filling material, a fitting part chiefly made of the ligneous resin foaming body and the same series of polyolefin resin are attached by coextrusion, a decorative sheet chiefly made of polyolefin resin contained in ligneous resin foam molded body and a polyolefin resin of the same series is decorated, moreover, the ligneous resin foam molded body is molded in a celling process.
