PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bidirectional screen sheet for a projector attaining natural image quality at low cost by a single sheet, and realizing the projection of an image light beam from any one surface side and the observation from any one surface side. SOLUTION: Resin base 10 whose principal raw material is transparent or translucent resin in a half-welded state is stretched in orthogonal directions X and Y alternately, and fiber components X1 and Y1 produced in such a case and micro voids 11 adhering to the components X1 and Y1 are enclosed inside the sheet. Which is the front surface or the back surface can not be discriminated on the formed sheet. The fiber components X1 and Y1 in the orthogonal directions inside the sheet achieve a light beam selecting function similar to that of a polarizing film, and the micro voids 11 achieve a light beam diffusing function similar to that of glass beads.
