PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure and its construction method of the first floor in the conventional construction method of a residence without causing lowering of floor rigidity and floor sound as well as the pollution of the environment. SOLUTION: The floor structure K applied to the floor in the first floor of the conventional construction method of the residence is constituted by arranging floor furring members 1 in parallel, supporting the front end section and/or the rear end section of each floor furring member 1 with a main section of a two continuous leg floor supports in the row concerned and supporting the side end section with the end section of a two continuous leg floor support S in the adjoining row. The two continuous leg floor support S is formed by having a pair of steel-made struts 3 and 3 put on a self-reinforced type steel-made sleeper 2 and the both ends of the bottom section of the steel-made sleeper through a hard thermal insulating member 24.
