PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure capable of preventing the leakage of lubricating oil to the outside and capable of almost completely preventing the invasion of external foreign matter or water simply and inexpensively without changing existing geared motor dimensions. SOLUTION: This geared motor, which consists of a motor part and a decelerator part and decelerates the rotational force of a motor shaft and then transmits it to an output shaft provided on a reduction gear side, comprises bearings for journaling the output shaft to a case; an oil seal fitted onto the the more outward output shaft than the bearing; and a sealing member which is formed at at least the part of an outward periphery of the bearing and seals lubricating oil winthin the reduction gear.
