PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a certain user B transmits current location information acquired by a GPS (global positioning system) to a location information service center so that a user A who knows a password for confirming the location of the user B, accesses said center to confirm the current location of the user B but once the user tells the password to the user A, the user A can confirm the current location of the user B any time and privacy can not be protected in the conventional location information service using a GPS-mounted mobile communication apparatus. SOLUTION: In the present invention, the user B creates a location confirmation disabled list and registers a person (e.g., the user A) who does not want his/her location to be confirmed in the list. The location confirmation disabled list is transmitted to the location information service center and when there is access of location confirmation, in the center, it is confirmed whether or not the accessing person is registered on the location confirmation disabled list.
