xDSL COMMUNICATION METHOD AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an xDSL communication method and a communication system which reduces unreaching transmission frames and retransmission processing in a higher layer. SOLUTION: In the xDSL communication method of converting MAC frames to xDSL frames to transmit and receive them, xDSL communication is executed in steps of; adding discrimination data to a MAC frame; judging identity of the MAC frame having discrimination data added thereto; discarding the MAC frame judged to be identical: and restoring the MAC frame by deleting added discrimination data.
