MUSIC INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music information distribution system which is adaptible to readings different for every user and reduces man-hours of an update work for the reading. SOLUTION: The music information distribution system is composed of a music retrieval device 100 which retrieves music data by voice and a server 200 which distributes music selection data for retrieving the music data to the music retrieval device 100 by performing communication by cable or radio. The server 200 creates the music selection data of a music CD 13 corresponding to TOC information acquired from the music retrieval device 100 and transmits it to the music retrieval device 100. An original music data data base 201 holds original music selection data including an XML reading pattern. A tree structure reading data conversion part 203 creates the music selection data by converting the XML reading pattern in the original music selection data into a tree structure reading pattern according to a rule of a reading data conversion rule management part 202.
