PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic processor which can develop a digital image by effectively using a conventional development apparatus, and to provide a method and a program for controlling a photographic processor. SOLUTION: In the photographic processor 1 equipped with: an exposure means 10 to image-wisely expose to form a latent image based on the image data sent from an image processor 1; and a development means 20 to develop and visualize the latent image formed by the exposure means 10, the exposure means 10 has a setting section 11 to set the classified information of the development means 20, a registering section 12 to register the classified information of the development means 20 set by the setting section 11, an acquiring section 13 to acquire the classified information registered in the registering section 12, an extraction section 15 to extract display contents corresponding to the classified information acquired in the acquiring section 13 from a table 14 which assigns the classified information to the display contents, and a display section 16 to display the extracted display contents.
