PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a ligneous structural material corresponding to such a trouble that embedding work of a hardware is difficult because of characteristics of deformation or deterioration in some kinds of mounting materials of base materials and mounting materials as a joint structure of ligneous structural materials or in cases requiring a high strength or deformation in the horizontal opposite angle as other qualities, structure causing a out-of-plane buckling or the like such as a mounting material, and out-of-plane buckling of mounting materials or the like. SOLUTION: The ligneous structural material is comprised of a base material 1' with a bracket and a mounting material 2' with a mounting hardware fitting to the side face opposite to the base material, and copes with a necessary strength by the number and shape of the bracket and the number, shape, etc. of the mounting hardware, the base material with the bracket and the mounting material with the mounting hardware are jointed together.
