<p>There is provided a smokeless roaster having a guide portion for receiving and guiding fat or water drops generated from food when baking the food not to burn the fat, and water containing grooves positioned under the guide portion. The rim groove collects the fat or water drops dropped from food when baking the food to prevent smoke from giving off or soot from being produced. Also, the grooves are filled with the water, such that the surface of the food positioned on a center and edge of the grid is not to be dry.</p> |
