<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a toner leakage from a gap between the seal member of the back of a blade and end seals, to make components compact, and to improve assembly stability. <P>SOLUTION: A seal member which is injected in the form of a liquid and is solidified is injected and applied to a gap between the seal member of the back of the blade and end seals. In order to ensure the adhesion of the end face of the seal member of the back of the D blade and the end faces of the end seals, the seal member is injected from a side of the blade in an attitude where the end face of the blade in the longitudinal direction (the end face of the seal member of the back of the D blade) comes to the upper part of the end seal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
