<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner dispersion evaluating method excellent in static charging stability, background stain, color reproductibility, coloring, light fastness, transparency, chromophoricity, sharpness, color saturation, glossiness, and toner scattering, even after outputting tens of thousands of images under the environment of a normal temperature and humidity, or a low temperature and humidity, or a high temperature and humidity, and also provide a device and developer, an image forming method and device. <P>SOLUTION: This is a dispersion evaluating method for the static charge developer toner or the additives in the toner. It measures the heat excited current during the temperature rise by using a contact method to measure while keeping the sample and the electrode in contact, after removing the static charges on the sample of a toner matrix resin for the static image developing toner including at least a coloring agent, a mold releasing agent, and a binder resin for the additive, or for the toner loaded with additives, and further, static charging the sample surfaces to a potential of absolute 300-2000V. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
