<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional printing service system that the quality of service appears as a difference in users' waiting time, and the difference in the business condition of each printing site cannot be absorbed/uniformed. <P>SOLUTION: This server is connected to a network to perform a printing request of image data while mutually communicating with a plurality of print servers capable of providing printing services. In this server, a first time required for a processing necessary for performing the printing request to a first print server of the plurality of print servers, a second time required for a processing necessary for performing the printing request to other than the first print server of the plurality of print servers, the difference between the maximum value of the calculated times and the first time is calculated, and the execution of the processing necessary for performing the printing request to the first print server is suppressed according to the calculated difference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
