<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp which has the small number of components and a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The clamp 11 has a first clamp band 13 and a second clamp band 14. Each one end is connected by a hinge 12 so as to be openable/closable. An operation member 21 is rotatably connected to the other end of the first clamp band 13. An engaging face 37 as an engaging part is provided to the other end of the second clamp band 14 so as to be engaged to the tip of the operation member 21. The operation member 21 has a storing cylinder 26 in a cylindrical shape with a bottom around a shaft body 22. A first nut 29 is screwed to a first male screw formed to the tip of the shaft body 22. A coil spring 31 as an energizing member is interposed between the first nut 29 and the inner bottom of the storing cylinder 26 in a compressed state.
