<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet carrying device, capable of improving correction accuracy of a sheet, and to provide an image forming device and an image reader. <P>SOLUTION: An inclination correcting means 2 is moved in a direction for correcting inclination of the sheet S in a state of pinching the inclined sheet S based on a detection signal from an inclination detecting means. When the inclination correcting means 2 is moved to correct the inclination of the sheet S, a guide means 111 constituting a side wall face of a sheet carrying passage 110 guiding the sheet S to the inclination correcting means 2 is also moved in the direction for correcting the inclination of the sheet S to reduce a load of the sheet S moving with movement of the inclination correcting means 2. As the load of the sheet moving with the movement of the inclination correcting means is reduced when the inclination correcting means is moved in the state of pinching the inclined sheet to correct the inclination of the sheet, the correction accuracy of the sheet can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
