PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of the difficulty of surely connecting all electrodes for display formed on stepped surfaces respectively because of a very large number of the electrodes. SOLUTION: The electrodes for display are easily and surely connected by making a depth of each groove of a terminal connection part smoothly slanted, by forming a width of a groove of an electrode connection part so as to become gradually thin as it is headed to a tip part.
