PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain peel damage from a cord end and improve durability while maintaining plunger strength and driving stability. SOLUTION: A position of both outer ends 10e of a belt cord 10 of a belt ply is shifted in such a manner of being protruded and recessed alternately in a distance L between the adjacent belt cords 10 along the belt cord length direction.
