PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container durable to use for a long time, a laminate film used for this and a method for manufacturing this laminate film. SOLUTION: In the laminate film 1 which consists of an ordered laminate of a plastic film 2/an adhesive 3/a metal foil 4/an adhesive 5/a plastic film 6, an acid-modified polyolefin resin is used as the adhesives 3 and 5. In addition, the packaging container is formed by using the laminate film 1 using the acid-modified polyolefin resin.
