PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission for a working vehicle which can be constituted in such a manner that the runner does not become bulky. SOLUTION: On the runner 4, a pump inputting shaft 27 and a motor outputting shaft 28 of an HST 26 are provided in parallel on the right and the left by an arrangement in the approximately longitudinal direction. Then, on the right and left external sides of the pump inputting shaft 27, first power extraction spindles 111 and 112 for taking out a working based power from the pump inputting shaft 27 are arranged, and on the right and left external sides of the motor outputting shaft 28, a second power extraction spindle 114 for taking out a running based power from the motor outputting shaft 28 is arranged respectively.
