<p>The linear motor is for use in transport systems with paths made up of straight and curved stretches. The motor has a secondary component (7) supplied via a power and information transmission interface (3,4,5). The secondary component contains part of the controls. The motor also has a primary component (8) having field generating coils (10) with concentric or overlapping windings arranged successively along a given distance. The secondary part has a permanent magnet and a signal processor (6) with advancement or motion regulator, which generates at least one relevant target value in relation to the coil control. The target value is fed via a target value interface (1) from the primary component to a coil control (9) fixed relative to the primary component, as a parameter used for communicating. Parts are provided for rigidly mounting the secondary component and these guide the secondary component along the predetermined path.Independent claims also cover a machine with such a linear motor.</p> |
