<p>The false alarm prevention method has a fire monitoring parameter value (MW) detected at given time intervals, with calculation of the parameter value variation rate using a given algorithm, for providing an evaluation signal (MWS), compared with a limit value (G) for provision of an alarm signal (AL). The frequency of the signal characteristic of the measured values is determined when the limit value is exceded, with suppression of the alarm signal when the frequency lies within an interference frequency range selected by a bandpass filter (8,9), the measured value signal passed through a low-pass filter (13) in parallel with the bandpass filter for selecting the fire characteristic frequency range. An independent claim for a fire alarm device is also included.</p> |
