PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker and a composite plate material which is light-weight and highly heat conductive. SOLUTION: The cooker 11 has a low temperature thermal sprayed coating film 13 of a metal material such as Al or an Al alloy with a heat conductivity higher than that of Ti or a Ti alloy, which film is formed at least on the outer bottom surface of the outer surface of a bottomed vessel 11b made of Ti or the Ti alloy.
