COMPLEMENTARY SIGNAL GENERATING CIRCUIT AND COMPLEMENTARY SIGNAL FORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniform each inverting timing of a complementary positive-phase signal and reverse-phase signal that are output from a complementary signal generating circuit.

SOLUTION: An inverter output signal S3in phase with an input signal S1and an inverter output signal S4in reverse phase with the input signal S1are each applied to each one of connection terminals of analogue switches 6, 7. By turning-on simultaneously the analogue switches 6, 7 by using a switch signal S5synchronized with the input signal S1, each of these inverter signals is transmitted at the same timing to the positive-phase signal output 12 and the reverse-phase signal output 13.
