PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel affairs support system that facilitates setting of personnel information such as a personnel model and personnel requirements.

SOLUTION: The personnel affairs support system 1 is a system that supports formulation of personnel information, and comprises a template storage means 610 that stores a template of a personnel model, a display means 550 that displays the template of a personnel model stored by the template storage means 610, and an update means 520 that accepts an update of the template displayed by the display means 550.
