<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable appropriate management of information reports by asking the information reporter to input response reports and eliminating a backlog of later processing on the information reports. <P>SOLUTION: An information report processing system 1 for delivering an information report to a given recipient comprises an information processor 2 connected to a plurality of terminals to deliver an information report sent from a sending terminal to a given receiving terminal. According to the information category in which the delivered information report is classified, the information processor 2 sets a response limit preset for the information category.
