<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist band type non-contact data carrier capable of preventing its illegal reuse. <P>SOLUTION: This wrist band type non-contact data carrier 1a is configured by printing a coil-shaped antenna 3 constituted of conductive materials on the band part of a wrist band type non-contact data carrier, and mounting a non-contact IC chip 2 on the coil-shaped antenna. When the data carrier is mounted on the wrist, an adhesive part 9 with which one edge part of the band is coated is overlapped on the other edge part of the band so as to be press-fit and fixed. When the data carrier is removed from the wrist, one portion of the coil-shaped antenna overlapped with the adhesive part is characterized so as to be peeled and damaged, or the mounting part of the IC chip 2 overlapped with the adhesive part is characterized so as to be peeled and damaged.
