<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the mounting strength of a receptacle to a printed board and the efficiency of an inserting/withdrawing operation of a plug. <P>SOLUTION: The receptacle 101 is provided with a housing 109, a photoelectric transducer 106, and a belt-like member 104. A housing 103 is provided with an inserting port 107 into which an optical signal transmitting plug 310 is inserted in a direction vertical to a printed board 110. The belt-like member 104 is provided with a base part 213 which is, restrained by a flange 136, stored in a positioning recess 133, and also with projecting pieces 102a-102c which are, projected from the base part, fixed on the printed board 110. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
