<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a color filter for a high precision liquid crystal display, using a printing method by the transference of a pigment ink, by precisely performing the transference of the pigment ink from a flat intaglio to a glass plate. <P>SOLUTION: In forming a fine pattern on a print base member by bringing the finely patterned flexible flat intaglio to which the ink is applied into close contact with the print base member and by transferring the ink from the flat intaglio to the print base member, the difference in the thermal expansion coefficient between the flat intaglio and the print base member is not larger than 1.5×10<SP>-6</SP>/°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
