PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact liquid type detector capable of detecting the type and concentration of a fluid accurately and rapidly. SOLUTION: This liquid type detector is equipped with a liquid type detecting chamber for temporarily retaining a specimen fluid introduced into the liquid type detector body, the liquid type detecting sensor arranged in the liquid type detecting chamber and the flow control plate arranged in the liquid type detecting chamber to surround the liquid type detecting sensor.
