PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording disk destruction device for surely preventing information from a recording disk after processing from being read. SOLUTION: A stopper 15 stops a recording disk at a stop position in the middle of a transport path for perforating FD. A perforation means 16 has a first needle member, a second needle member, a motor 30, and a driving mechanism 31 driving simultaneously the first needle member and the second needle member. The first needle member is projected more on the side of the transport path for perforation than than the second needle member. The perforation means 16 forms two perforated holes at the FD of the stop position after stop operation of the stopper 15. A releasing means 17 releases the stop operation of the stopper 15 after perforating operation of the perforation means 16. Two pairs of rotation blades hold a CD or the like with peripheral blade parts from both faces in the middle of a transport path for damaging, rotate it by driving power, and feed it in a transport direction.
